Sessions

Sessions schedule staff events, assign roles, support claimable slots, and optionally create Discord events for the linked server.

Calendar view

The sessions page uses a monthly calendar so staff can see scheduled sessions by day. Canceled sessions are hidden from the calendar.

Hosts, co-hosts, and custom slots

Sessions can manually assign users or allow eligible tracked members to claim roles based on minimum Roblox rank requirements.

Discord events

When enabled, Panora creates a Discord event using the session title, description, start time, and session link. Canceled or ended sessions remove the event.

Automatic start and end

Scheduled sessions automatically move to live at their start time and end at their configured end time.
