Action triggers

Action triggers let workspace teams create Discord button flows, responses, embeds, and automated staff-facing actions.

Trigger responses

A trigger can send a plain response, an embed response, or both depending on how the trigger is configured. Embed-only triggers do not require a separate plain response.

Supported variables

Variables let messages include dynamic workspace, user, and company information. The dashboard shows supported variables while writing trigger content.

Enable and disable

Triggers can be enabled or disabled from the trigger manager without deleting the configuration.
