Activity tracking
Activity tracking reports staff presence, playtime, AFK time, and recent Roblox experience activity for tracked workspace members.
How tracking works
Activity data comes from Panora's Roblox loader script placed in ServerScriptService. The script reports activity to Panora using the workspace key and the Roblox experience context.
Tracked staff
Tracked staff are members whose Roblox ranks or workspace configuration qualify them for activity records. Non-tracked members can still appear in member lists but will not have the same activity metrics.
Presence and last seen
Presence shows whether a tracked member is currently inside a tracked experience. Last seen records the most recent tracked experience and timestamp.
Charts and quotas
Workspace charts summarize community growth, daily change, playtime, and activity trends. Employee dashboards also use message and activity data for quota visibility.
