Departments

Departments organize workspace staff and determine what actions members can perform inside the dashboard and Discord bot.

Permissions

Departments contain permissions for managing sessions, LOA requests, bot ranking commands, activity lookups, and other workspace systems. Grant only the permissions each team needs.

Department members

Members can be added directly to departments. Removing a member from a department immediately removes the permissions attached to that department.

Discord bot permissions

Ranking, suspension, and activity commands that affect other users require the matching department permission. Safe commands such as ping and donation links stay open.
