Workspace basics

Workspaces connect one Discord server, one Roblox group, and the staff systems you use to manage your community.

Creating a workspace

Create a workspace by selecting the Discord server and Roblox group you want Panora to manage. Panora uses this pairing to power member tracking, role sync, centers, sessions, logs, and bot features.

Owners and co-owners

Workspace owners control billing, dangerous settings, and co-owner access. Co-owners can help manage the workspace, and owners can optionally allow specific co-owners to manage Custom Bots.

Plan access

Some tools are available to every workspace while advanced systems are plan-locked. Locked sidebar items show the plan needed and direct owners to billing when an upgrade is required.

Workspace switcher

The workspace switcher includes owned, co-owned, and tracked staff workspaces so users can quickly reach the communities they help manage.
